Ready to Order?

Here is our ordering and cancellation policy along with some helpful information.
 

Our business office hours are Monday – Friday, 9am to 4pm.
To place your order, give us a call at 775.323.3115 x105 or x104. If your call is after hours, or we are unavailable, we will return your call as soon as possible. You can always call our front of the house team at 775.323.3115 x0 and they, too, would be happy to take your order. Remember, you need to either speak with one of our team members or have a response to your email for an order to be confirmed.

Please check your specific menu for the minimum order. We will always try to be creative to help you get what you need.

We recommend placing your order for food at least 48 hours in advance in order to secure your desired delivery time and menu selection. Keep in mind that days can get fully booked, especially during the holidays, and we sometimes cannot accept any more orders, so call as early as you can to get on the calendar. Last minute order? Don't be afraid to call. We will do our best to create a menu to suit your needs and get it to you on time.

Yes, we deliver! Delivery charges are determined by location and length of set-up. Deliveries after business hours will have a service charge based on the delivery time.

Cancellations and Changes– Breakfast orders may not be cancelled after 9am the day before the event. Lunch orders may not be cancelled after 12pm (noon) the day before the event and hors d'oeuvres may not be cancelled 36 hours before the event. If an order is cancelled the day before your event, you may be charged 50% of total order. On the day of your event, most orders cannot be cancelled. If you decide not to accept the order, you will be charged 100% of the total order and the food will be donated to St. Vincent's Dining Hall.

On the day of your event, the total number of people cannot be reduced. All food prepared will be delivered. However, should your guest count increase, we will do our best to accommodate the increase.

When ordering, please note the event time and the time you intend to serve your guests. We will work with you to determine the delivery time based on Washoe County Health Department food safety standards.

Sunday orders have a $1500 minimum order of food and beverage.

Payment Information: A credit card is required to confirm your event. The Cheese Board accepts American Express, Visa, Master Card or a Company/Personal Check. We take your payment information when the order is placed and process the payment on the day of your order. For large orders, we do require a 50% deposit.
